Check in and check out were easy. The staff was icredibly friendly and helpful. Not only did they handle the one problem I encountered (the remote for the tv wasn't functioning properly) but they checked back with me the next time they saw me to ensure it was working properly. Very friendly without getting too personal.
I didn't have a problem with anything. I didn't partake of the breakfast but others in my group did and seemed satisfied. Could have used an elevator.

Great location; two small dogs accommodated no problem, friendly staff, forgot my prescription glasses and they mailed them. Quiet and good breakfast.

The front desk staff were nice enough. They also seem to be back on daily cleanings despite the information in the room that it is only on request.
The security door is broken and remains unlocked all the time. The light switch isn't connected to anything in the room. My toilet seat was broken, the sink had a very steady drip, and the room was rather musty. Didn't try breakfast as it was a judgement call based on the state of the room.

The employees were nice and approachable. The location was convenient.
The shower was dirty. It had dirt on the bottom and hair and soap residue on the walls. The comforter on one of the beds had stains on it. The room had a stench that smelled like sweat. The gym facility had broken machines so we could only use the treadmill or stationary bike.

Everything was just fine. It was clean and comfortable; and I felt secure. I was pleased overall with my room.
