Great location. Needed a room for an extra early flight out of Tampa International

There were dogs in the hotel that were barking. Pest control services need improvement as we had roaches in our room. Bathroom shower had a drippy faucet. Floors/carpet need cleaning.

Absolutely nothing....

The hotel lobby was dirty. The room smelled musty. The blanket on the bed was stained, the bathroom was disgustingly dirty and there were roaches in my son's room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone going.on vacation. The hotel is also set up to accommodate displaced persons sent there by the state of Florida.

the room don’t get cleaned. you have to ask for towels and paper toilet from the front . staff not as friendly. I feel they are being bothered when asked for things .

they don’t like reservation through booking.com My reservation was ignored, and rooms were overbooked. I found that the reserved room was given to someone else around 10 PM. I was forced to stay in a single bed room with a family of four but they charged the same price. I was shocked by the irresponsible attitude and answers of the front desk staff. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone (if you want to stay there, don’t go through the booking.com per front desk staff).

very disappointed, i used to stay in otger stay of america hotels and it was nice. this one got me very overwhelmed.

everything was dirty. the hallways, the rooms. the room we got had a condom bag in the night table, there was a open soap in the bathroom, the floor was dirty, the kitchen was dirty. I found food, kitchen cabinet was dirty with rice and garbage, spider web, floor dirty, windows dirty, tv dirty and finger prints. second room we got under the beds we found hair, shoes, dirty socks and end up buying inflatable mattresses. it was too late to change hotels. the smell there it was awful. looks like a lot of people uses that hotel to live there. also it said there was included breakfast and there was no breakfast available. i felt very uncomfortable. i would like to get my money back because I paid a lot of money for a very poor hygiene environment.

The fact that I made reservations and get to the location to get told there are no rooms available and that someone was suppose to call to let me know. And never received a call
