Quiet location, Price was good for the holiday. I wanted a room with a stove & oven to cook a meal.

If you have cooking facilities why not have the dishes & accessories in the room? Also an extra blanket especially during winter? Both of these things I had to go to the front desk for. This is where you notice the difference between higher price hotels and less expensive. The hostess is an asset to the hotel, but I find it puzzling that these things should be in the room already. I will consider staying at the hotel company again. I do not know if this is policy at all Extended Stays. I am not being critical just asking questions that came to me in my stay. There is competition in every industry & I think this review should be considered. Not all hotels have the stove & oven available w/o paying a higher cost for the room. That is why I made the reservation.

It was clean, quite spacious room and kitchen in the room

there was a kitchen, but there were no dishes and not even a kettle. a disposable jar of shampoo, one for three 🙄 the description said that breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast, only tea and coffee and several types of bars. There is no wi fi, it did not work at all.

The daytime staff was completely rude disrespectful and totally unprofessional. It was super inconvenient only being able to use the front entrance to enter am exit the building.

Absolute worst bed we have ever slept on. We could hardly move or walk the next day. The mattress was so so so hard. Room is beyond basic, no silverware or anything available in the kitchen not even conditioner in the bathroom only the very bare minimum toiletries supplied. First room we were put in had a broken toilet so we had to move rooms.

It was a little dirty, the pull out bed had major stains on the mattress and the sheet was dirty I asked the front desk they said they would alert the manager and get back to me, no one contacted me and now it’s almost been 2 months I think I’ve been patient.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The front desk clerk was eating in the side and didn't aknowelge us until we hello. She not personable, didn't smile once and spent a lot of time outside smoking.

I got the first floor as I wanted.

The room want very clean. And it smelled like cigarette smoke.
