I didn’t like anything about the property and did not stay. It was filthy

Did not like anything it was filthy and I did not stay there. That why I am asking for my money back

The property was in a bad location and people were just hanging around

It smelled and had dead bugs on the floors in several rooms that we looked at

Clean Bed.

The floors were not vaccumed or swept. Particles of debris stuck to the floor. Long hair in the bathroom around the toilet area. Hair in the tub. Soap dried on the counter. I cleaned it before using it. Smashed flies dried to the walls in bathroom and sink area. Mildew on shower curtain near tub line. Door lock plate loose in the frame. Had to close the door and then pull it back into the room to lock the dead bolt. Breakfast did not happen. The first day of my two day stay, the clerk said the food had run out on a previous day and had not been replenished. Same thing the second day.

Staff is friendly. Great location. Bed was super comfortable and it was very quiet. Rooms are dated and a bit musty. But it was ok for one night and for the price.

No pool! No breakfast! Rooms needs updating but for the price it was expected. My only two complaints are the pool and free breakfast. When traveling with children those things are important. (No I didn't expect a 5 star breakfast. But at least some toast or cereal.) Pool is closed. Which should be noted at check-in. But it wasn't. And there was no breakfast!. The lady at the front did offer to make me a muffin so there was that. But I feel like the pool and breakfast shouldn't be advertised on the website. That way they could lower people's expectations and then surprise them with muffins!

dirty, not hygienic. No cleaning at all. price includes breakfast, however, there is no breakfast. staffs just apologize for inconvenience.
