issues wth bathroom plugs

This was my second stay at this property, the previous being several years ago, it hasn’t changed, location very good, staff pleasant and rooms clean and comfortable.

We were in an executive suite at the front of the building, which, while being very nice has an unfortunate problem. The air-con was like sleeping next to a tractor, to turn it off and open the window allowed the surprising amount of night-time traffic noise from the nearby main road to keep me awake instead. This was more of a minor inconvenience but I’m guessing that a room at the back of the property would be quieter if the air-con was to be turned off.

Location was great. We were just a block and a half from downtown. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The building, grounds and location were excellent. Ample room to sit outside with a beverage. We spotted deer near the creek. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We walked to the shops and restaurants nearby and felt safe doing so even late at night.

There was nothing unsatisfactory. Next time, I would ask if a creek facing room was available because it's really pretty.

Staff was eager to help and answered questions. Nice lady checked us in.

All was well for us.

Staff very friendly and informative. Excellent outdoor seating and grounds. Great breakfast with a number of hot choices. Location is very close to main street with shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was great. Dining area is very spacious and clean.

Need different selections of sleep pillows. They were all the same and too hard for me. Need a variety (soft, very soft, medium, hard, very hard, etc) Other than that, the bed was very comfy and room temp great!

The customer service was very good. The close proximity to Main Street was great.

Bathroom shower drain clogged. Not enough towels provided. Furniture stained.
