freeway noise and no A/C

I injured my leg prior to the trip, so I called to ask if they had a room with an easy access bathtub. Without hesitation they put me in a handicapped accessible room that worked great. It was spotless and very quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great stay!

Nice atmosphere. Great staff! Food was delicious and offered a good variety. Winter was most helpful. She personally accommodated most of the staff roles (desk clerk, cook, etc.) and provided most assistance with pool and heating issues.. Her spouse provided maintenance, after hours, to help unlock a room door that we locked from the inside (after our adjoining room door was shut). Without this couple, our experience would be ranked much lower.

Heat was too hot in rooms and couldn’t be adjusted. some of the ceiling tiles, in areas of the hotel, was water stained or missing. not in rooms.

the location was close to the lo patio of our trip activities and the local restaurants were nice

double charged for the room when the staff didn’t fully check us out. was a very long process to get refunded. only received a partial repayment.

Exactly what I expected for the money!

Beds were very comfortable, clean, and great staff.

I would have given the rating a perfect score but the head front desk woman was really not pleasant I was traveling from east coast and was looking to return often already stayed twice for over 4 days and each time price varied alot no discounts the girls who worked for her were really nice printer and desktop very old broken. Breakfast old however i would have overlooked because place was nice although room could not be cleaned everyday too bad the supervisor gave no incentives comfort or convenience to someone who had planned to stay a week at a time for several srays per year i had to take my money elsewhere customer service really lacking

Customer service old and limited breakfast food rooms do not receive daily cleaning not enough staff. The strong smell of horse manure from outside. I would have dealt with it all if customer service was excellent

Everything was amazing.

Did not like to have to beg for clean towels. Never got rooms cleaned.

Clean room, fridge, beds reasonably comfortable.

No one offered to sack our trash or offer clean towels.

Everything was really good there. We didn't even expect to have such a big, clean and nice room. Breakfast was good. The pool was good too.
