Giant rooms. Great price.

The receptionist seemed very irritated to be there. Maybe we caught her on a bad weekend, but she was extremely short with us and all of our other friends who were staying there.

The location was great. Close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife if you choose. The room was large with a balcony. Plenty of space. Didn't have time to make it to the pool, but it looked nice!

The structure is older. The HVAC unit in the room is a bit loud. Parking and room access are mostly through the parking garage. The garage has low clearance.

The breakfast was fine

The balcony was falling apart and needed paint. It felt like there was no care as to the aesthetics of the room . We were left with only one bath towel when we arrived.

The housekeeper was profession. The room was immaculately cleaned EACH day--unexpected bed care along with fresh towels and soaps etc.

Your entry was UNLIT at night on busy Encinitas Blvd and impossible to find even in the daytime on our first attempt to locate the driveway. The McDonald's staff nearby had no clue to help us. Train staff to clean the white signage (poor corporate choice of new colors) and to turn it on and add more wattage. Thank you

Room was very big and clean. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Parking was tucked away from busy street and close to my room which I loved. Loved that I couldn’t hear through the walls like other hotels. Liked that the bed was in a separate part of room with doors of its own made me feel safe. Liked the balcony very much was large. Loved this hotel overall.

Breakfast was easy, plentiful, and the staff kept it well-stocked and tidy. Nice view, partial, of the ocean. Room was large.

The pool was not heated, but I knew that ahead of time. The hot tub was hot, but the jets did not work, the water was murky-greenish and smelled a bit pondy.

It’s not perfect but it was a comfortable, peaceful and an easy stay. The room was spacious, well set up and clean except the floors are a little sticky. I wouldn’t bother with their breakfast the neighborhood is filled with better options. The location is excellent! Parking was very easy although $10 a night I was only there 2 nights so no biggie. Would stay here again and found the staff helpful and accommodating. I arrived an hour early for my check in and she let me check in early because it was available. Very easy check in and check out. The only thing I found true from the few bad reviews was the dirty floor issue. Otherwise it’s a pretty good stay and a good value.

The pool and jacuzzi area could be nicer, the floors could be clean and not so sticky. Breakfast could be better quality.
