The staff were amazing. There was only 1 lady working in the bar, that was also the chef and the waitress, through all of those responsibilities she was very pleasant, very professional and made all of her customers feel special.
The receptionist made us feel so welcomed. The hospitality here made us feel special.

There was a mildew looking spot on the ceiling in the shower and the shower curtain needed to be replaced. I let the receptionist know, he said he would let the housekeeper manager know and thanked me for letting him know.

The staff was SUPER friendly! I called and asked for an early check in because this was a birthday surprise and I wanted to decorate the room before birthday boy got into town. They were very understanding and got me checked in and in the room about an hour and 15 mins ahead of time which was perfect! Any staff member I passed in the building or outside spoke, asked if everything was okay or if I needed anything, and asked how the surprise went. The staff and customer service alone would make me book here again, but on top of that, the facility itself was so nice! I'll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

The staff was nice & helpful.
The room was not properly cleaned. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom from whoever was in the room before me. There was a wet wash cloth hanging on the shower and large towels hanging behind the bathroom door. There was also hair on the shower wall.
In the common area, the pull out table was not cleaned at all. There was food stains, what looked like crumbs, and a plastic bottle cap.

I loved the location. Lots of restaurants and shopping very close by. The staff was very friendly and always spoke every time we were in the lobby.
The prices of the food and drinks at the bistro were very high.

Did not like that there was not a breakfast included with the price paid for the visit. Complimentary continental breakfast or coffee at the least.

The check in process was AWFUL!!! I was not pleased with the check in clerk; tried to make me pay twice!!!

Room and bathroom were very spacious. Excellent soundproofing in the room as well. FFA and FHA kids were in town for a convention and many were staying here. Once we arrived inside the room their noise was not heard. :-)
Not advised the elevators were not in working order until after checking into the hotel. I have mobility issues and climbing two flights of stairs was not easy.

The staff was excellent in listening to our needs. The breakfast was delicious and excellent.
only worry was that one of the given rooms had the security latch broken as well as the ac vent was broken.

The room was a good size. The location was convenient and close to grocery store and shopping.
The room was good but the shower was showing signs of decay. Rust was around the hinges and the sealant was coming off the bottom of the shower. It was also leaking.

Everything- hand soap in room was open, used and had hair on it. The food took over an hour to get. The cable tv was completely out and broken. The internet kept disconnecting. The body soap bottle was empty. Extremely disappointing for a marriot.

The location was perfect. There were many resturants and groceries stores in walking distance. Many fast food restaurants around the area.
The cleanliness of the hotel was not what I expected. The smell was off. The carpet felt dirty. the bathroom was disgusting. Sorry to use those choice words but it was not clean at all. The shower had stains all over. Hair was in the drain. And the sink and mirrors had spots. I literally had to go and buy lysol wipes and clean myself. Very disappointed.
