The front desk was so kind. Not just friendly, but genuinely kind. The room was very clean. I am a very nit-picky person, and I couldn't really find anything not clean. I ate supper and breakfast in the hotel. Supper was really good and breakfast was okay.
The TV seemed to be from the early 2010s. Not a big deal, but I feel like it needs an upgrade.

Clean room, soft beds and friendly staff! Breakfast was great, drinks were great and the evening snack menu allowed us to fill up before bed. Loved everything about our stay

Everything and the warm water pool I liked very much.Wish they can just make the entrance time earlier like 6:00 in the morning. Good food.
The late entrance to the poolside.Please can you change it to 6:00 in the morning for yor whole group.

Everything is excellent. Buddy is very friendly and helped us check in. It was pretty cold outside and it was very nice to have hot dinner at the hotel so we didn’t have to go out to find restaurants. Hot breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean. Highly recommend the place.

not clean enough, when was the last time the carpets were cleaned? literally garbage on the floor in and near the elevator, not good.

If I had to say something I didn't like I guess it would be that there as no steak or eggs Benedict.

They had an excellent breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfy. They also informed me of social events happening on the premises.
