The staff members at the reception and restaurant were very helpful and friendly. first room we stayed there was mould… we also had a problem with the room service cleaning, when we required it to be cleaned and 2 times in the same week the cleaner did not clean the room. It is very disappointing paying to stay in a hotel where you have to beg the staff to clean the room, also we had to change the towels and other items in the room as the service wasn’t done on those two days. we stayed in the hotel for nearly two weeks and definitely was expecting a little bit more of respect and better service for the price we paid for it.

actually there is nothing I really liked about this hotel. some of the things are ok but mouthing really special enough for me to like it.

The staff could not speak English. Quality if the room was very low, bathroom door could mot be closed, toilet that is loose, insects coming out from drain in the bathroom, the quality of the bed was very bad and I could feel the poor quality of the bed. The hotel charged me extra money without my consent. the breakfast was not that exciting. the hotel next to Ramada hotel cost 1/3 of the price and the rooms and confort was even better than Ramada hotel. the rooms are very small and not even sound isolated, so I can hear everyone walking in the hallway and I can hear the trafic very loudly and overpriced. there is no place for you to work with your laptop. I also came 30 minutes too early and the staff wanted me to pay for early checkin and this is why I do not feel welcome in this hotel despite I paid more than 2400 BRL for 6 days stay, too costly and value for money is disappointing. I would personal recommend the next door hotel since comfort and value for money is better.

First room had a strong bad smell coming from bathroom floor drains. Second room was better but also had some bad smell; Poor exhaustion (can’t be turned on manually);

service. their staff was not prepared to attend international customers. their associate suggested me to have a national credit card when my card did not go through. In addition, they saw we were in couples, however, they knew my reserve was with 2 twin beds, but they never suggested an upgrade to have have a queen/king size bed. I noticed it when was in the room, with my wife complaining. the other couple decided to ask, and they said what got what we selected through booking! In addition, they wait to swipe the card to tell us that only one of the rooms was included breakfast ! I would recommend them to hire more experience people , and not keep 100% teenagers team (19-21 years old!) to host customers.😏
