great overall stay clean and wonderful since Covid

but do have a complain about the broken appliances and Wi-Fi being sucky it wouldn’t connect or stay connected and ac was broken so it had to be replaced feel like I should get a refund because of that

Comfortable bed, no noisy guests

Noisy AC unit, constantly running toilet in bathroom, uncomfortable pillows, 2 of 5 days of our stay we had no wifi, carpet in room (unsanitary), breakfast was what a cheap motel would offer, dirty pool. Location is right on the highway, not really in a walkable area so unable to walk almost anywhere from hotel, 30 minute drive to Austin but 45+ minutes during the many hours of morning and afternoon traffic.

Pretty good. Not put out on time. I had to leave at 6:30-everything still not in place

Eggs-even hard boiled or omelets maybe sausage. Needed protein.

Breakfast was limited. No variety on cereal or fruit. Juice station was out of order. Furniture in room was so beat up. The chair in the desk was tor/worn out, and peeled. They need to updated and replace furniture. Cockroaches in the bathroom. No iron in room. I had to go downstairs and ask front desk for one.

Hubby has celiac--can't have wheat products. The only thing he could eat was cheerios & milk & juice. 2 out of 4 spouts on juice machine was out of order Saturday & out of juice on Sunday. Didn't attend on Monday. Maybe add protein without the biscuit.
