Hotel was dirty, it smelled awful, they advertise free breakfast and the breakfast they offer is a granola bar and coffee. Not even juice for children. The beds were uncomfortable.

The location was fine, enough parking spaces. The shower was nice and hot

The lobby and the room had a very bad smell. The room was outdated, on the walls, chairs carpet and ceiling there were gross stains. They only had coffee, bars en muffins in plastic for breakfast.

The key cards I received didn't seem to work on the building side doors, but they did work on the room. Other guests key cards seem to have worked for the building side door just fine.

This property was booked for a few hours of sleep while traveling. When we arrived at the property, the gentleman at the desk said that it would be a little while before we could check in as the system was auditing. he stated roughly 20 minutes. When we came back inside after about 20 minutes, he called the help desk for an estimate on time. They were not able to give him one. This was 2am after a long day of traveling, without an estimated time we decided to go somewhere else. The property still charged me for the night even though I was not able to check in, due to no fault of my own. They also have not been responsive to my messages.
