Not much. It was clean
The desk person could not be understood. She charged my card three times even though I purchased through Booking. I have to now battle my credit card company who told me to contact the property..that will not work. It took her six times to activate the room key, actually blaming me for her error. I am sick to my stomach because I feel taken!!

There was no breakfast. Not even coffee. We were offered tea packets when we checked in. 1 reg coffee packet in room. Window Screen broken. Could have been cleaner. Possible blood spot on the bedspread.

location was easy to get to from highway. bed was comfortable.
There wasn't anyone at front desk when i would walk down there. No continental breakfast or coffee in lobby as advertised in the morning. RM 107 there was black mold on ceiling in bathroom, door lock was broken, side door never secured, stuff floating in coffee made in room, bathroom fan was loud.

It was clean and the room spacious. Lots of pillows.
The place is a bit outdated. Rather dark with the older furniture and dark color scheme.

The owner was nice. The room was very nicely decorated. Easily the cheapest room on a long trip and
very pleasant.
It no longer serves breakfast; hence the 9. It should not be on the ad. But for the price, I do not complain. The mattress transferred rolling over a bit. We went into Melrose for dinner. Many restaurants closed on Monday. But we found a nice new place with a few excellent dishes. corn on or off the cob; nachos. Senor Elote. Young people just starting

The location was the closest I could find to our family reunion.
I was told there would be free breakfast when I booked the room. There was no breakfast. None whatsoever. There was no blow dryer. There was 1 small bottle of shampoo and 1 small bottle of lotion for a 3-night stay. There was no conditioner.

Proprietor said this second time in 6 months that a guest complained again that there were not enough precautions taken for COVID and reported to public health. Proprietor had to discontinue breakfast service for this reason.
Breakfast options. But, not their fault due to certain hyper critical guests.

First impression was not good as I walked into the hotel and smelt cigarette smoke and "old building" smell.

One of the lamps flickered and sparked, unplugged it. Also, hair dryer plug shattered when I plugged it in. Despite reservation stating breakfast was included, there was no breakfast (and no discount given) and Covid was blamed. However, other hotels I stayed at were able to provide a safe Covid breakfast.

Web says free continental breakfast. Health Dept had closed their breakfast. There was none!. Web should have been updated to indicate no breakfast. Misleading advertising.
