Really, there wasn’t much to praise. It was a place to stay for the night but it definitely was not a pleasant stay to say the least. It was an over all pretty poor experience. Check in was easy though and the night staff was chatty but friendly.

The room was fine though it did have a weird smell. The parking was on the other side of the building because it was super packed. The elevator and landing on the third floor (where our room was) smelled of urine and looked like neither had been cleaned in a while. I also found hair from a previous visitor in the shower and the drain was clogged so I had to stand in two inches of water while I showered, it drained after the water stopped running but very slowly. It honestly felt more like a $85 stay than the $136 I paid, I also signed up for an rewards account and was offered a 10% off coupon via an email sent to me after signing up as advertised on their website for booking which did not work, when applied it just gave me the same standard rate as booking through booking.com does or the exact same rate when I looked up the price on their website before any coupon was applied. And lastly, the breakfast bar was a joke. Online the website boasts a “free breakfast” but come breakfast you have your options of a handful of grab and go items (like a small muffin, granola bar, etc.) not even very many options either. At the price point, I would have expected a continental breakfast. In fact, I’ve staid in cheaper hotels that did offer a continental breakfast. Really disappointing. I am pregnant and sugary stuff makes me very sick so I had to pass on the the very small, limited sugary options available to avoid throwing it all back up anyway while on my way to my Dr. appointment, so I had to skip breakfast all together, which was not good for my health.

Nikki the night girl working when I checked in was great, she checked on us and made sure we were good with everything. very respectful and polite to say the least. I was extremely satisfied and will def stay there again as well as refer others to stay here.

It’s located right on the river, so the area is great with paved trails river access. Convenient location to most parts of town.

The room was clean and roomy. Wifi was decent, could watch a movie on my iPad.

The bed was uncomfortable. The shower sprayed past curtain onto the bathroom floor.

Front end staff very rude, large garbage bag out aid off my room. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Had to bring towels down to get new ones

That it was a good environment staff was amazing rooms wonderful!!

Not really in to close walking distance but I'd rather stay here then anywhere else in great falls

great location along the River,parks in behind, great staff happy to see you, good facilities in room & easy parking

loud people didn’t enjoy listening to a guy singing while he was getting ready for work @ 5:30 AM. advertised breakfast but it was just coffee muffins & bar to go
