Breakfast was a pop tart and granola bar in a baggie and a bottle of water. Not what we were expecting, certainly not what was claimed. Also the alarm clock was not working. When I checked why, I found the cord had been cut somehow and the part with the plug was still plugged in to the receptacle, causing a potential electrocution or fire hazard. Staff need to be more vigilant of things like this. When I moved the night table to unplug the broken cord, there was a lot of dust/dirt behind the table.

bed was hard and I had a king size bed with only 3 tiny pillows, that weren’t even standard size. The room smelled of steel cigarette smoke so I went to the store and bought some Febreze to spray the room. I thought I had a non-smoking room.

The location

It caught on fire, the management didn't know how to effectively handle the situation, I was never contacted by the hotel that it was on fire, the room was not clean, burn holes in blankets, hair in bathroom.

So..I had a smoke filled room.. no problem.. but when I went to bed. I saw the pictures I'm posting

it was quiet through the night

the suite wasn’t really a suite at all just a normal room with a couple extra outlets.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast bags were really poor, containing only 2 muesli bars.
