It’s the second time I’ve stayed here 3 months. The proce is great and the staff are very nice. It’s right off the highway and was very quiet

It was nice
They didn't have record of my reservation thru booking.com so they had me pay for another room then I had to go in the morning and speak to a manager to get reimbursed after they researched even though I had the booking app and it showed my reservation. I had confirmationnumbers etc.. . I would have been sleeping in my car had I not had extra funds for a second room hold. The morning manager found the information from booking right away and fixed it.

The staff
The location was not where i expected it to be, but it worked itself out! Thank you to the Red Roof Staff for their kindness & assistance! On the other hand booking.com was not helpful to us & I was unable to speak to a supervisor & left on hold for over 45 minutes waiting for one, I finally just hung up, So in the future I will not be third party booking!

Didn't know they had a breakfast. I'm always up and gone before 6am anyway, so it wouldn't have mattered.
Bed was a bit to firm for me, so it was a little uncomfortable, but it could just be me as my bed at home has a 2 inch memory foam topper added to it.

KEN IS A GREAT MANAGER ND ALL HIS STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL. GREAT FACILITIES IN THE ROOM. QUIET AND WELL LOCATED.

Location of my room!
It was not clean enough for me! The bathroom floor had hair left on it. The counter around the sink was stiicky. There was no hairdryer. Pretty bare bones.

safe area. grounds look beautiful. staff was very friendly and helpful.
window needed to be replaced. mine was constantly fogged up so it was hard to see out of the room. no fridge or microwave in the standard rooms. drain in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned out. 🤢

Large dog barking in the room two doors down.

Location was great, hotel was clean beds were comfortable it was everything we needed for one overnight on our road trip.
Coffee was terrible. One was empty and the other one was so weak it could barely be called coffee
