Not clean. Bed not made and trash(food) and used towels on the sink!

Dated, staff wasn't helpful, free breakfast was a joke

the smell of animals is such that it is impossible to sleep. All old furniture. just a terrible motel. And the breakfasts there are simply "fire". Only coffee and tea.

the staff was so nice and helpful and super nice

slightly dirty, hallways smelled bad and musty ..

That I at least had a kitchen.

I had to request utensils, plates, and a coffee brewer. Then had to purchase my own coffee and filters from the grocery store. The entire floor wreaked of pet odors, stains all over the floor, and the smell of marijuana daily. Once I got to the hotel in the evening after someone tailgated me through the back door, I never left my room.

it was easy to find and it smelled really clean.

First thing I did not like is all the fighting above me and the second thing is so not advertise for free breakfast and that is not a breakfast so stop advertising that. Also your people don’t clean don’t take out garbage. So I learned that in your hotel you have to clean your room also dump garbage and basic you still have to clean like you are home when you suppose to be on vacation for real y’all need to get that together cause it sucks to stay at your hotel.

The night staff guy Samuel.He is rude , disrespectful, disgraceful.He doesn't know how to talk to grown people.He believes he owns the hotel.He refused to give me the managers number.He put his finger in my face as if to dare me to touch him.He threatened to put me & my dog out of the hotel after I paid for my room..I can't understand why he still has a job with the company.In my opinion he is bad for business..But, y'all like those types....The other guy Calvin is a wonderful person... I'm trying to get some of my money back after dealing with Samuel.i would like to take my money elsewhere.
