No breakfast. Nothing was good. Not service not being clean.
Everything was awful! Rude lady at desk. It was so nasty. They don’t clean Things don’t work. Shower so nasty!! Roaches crawling everywhere. Couldn’t even stay more than 5 mins. I see why they have don’t give refunds because no would stay if they aren’t on drugs!! They took 187 dollars because I wouldn’t stay and sleep with bugs!!

Service was terrible from check in day one till the end of stay will never recommend this place to anyone nothing but a bunch of drug addicts begging for money or for you to let them in your room and front desk people would do nothing about any of it

The location was nice.
The staff is terrible with the exception of one housekeeper. They were argumentative, rude and in need of customer service training. The place is roach infested and good luck trying to get anything fixed.

When I went to check in they couldn't find my reservation, the lady behind the desk gave me attitude.

very little. poor front desk lady had her hands full!!
roaches!!! being handed a can of roach spray! a very dirty bathroom, stains on linen. telling my two young boys to keep their socks on because of how dirty the floors were.. false advertisement! the pics of the room on this site were nothing like the room we stayed one hour in before I got us out of there. being charged a $50 deposit on a dirty room is ridiculous. I would like a refund!

Front desk extremely rude and absolutely no people skills. Saw roach in bathroom and previous guests pubic hair in bathtub... Definitely will not return to this establishment...

The price
There were roaches everywhere. I had to shake all my things before we left. The roaches were in the bathroom and closet. The bed had hairs from previous guests. It was disgusting. The drain in the shower didn't empty and had a foul odor after sitting a while.
