Il like that it has a kitchenette and kitchen table bathroom and it's really friendly there and people are really nice there and I give a big shout out to yhonda for taking good care of me when I pay and she is a very sweet and nice lady

Friendly staff and vey clean room. The room was quite large and well equipped with a sink, stove, microwave and full size refrigerator. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The fixtures/appliances in the room were older and could be updated. Everything was VERY CLEAN, but even so things looked a bit dingy because of age. There was a part of the room that was not well lit. It could have used an extra lamp on that side of the room to brighten it up.

The room was big enough
The room was full of smoke. People below my room might be smoking. The stove was not working. The staff called the police on me instead extending my night to stay.

The facility was falsely advertised. It was dimly lit, smelled of pot, and not in good condition overall.

A random man knocked on our door TWICE. My husband told him he had the wrong room the first time. It was late at night. Made me feel quite uncomfortable. Also, the room wasn't clean..... We cleaned it ourselves.

It was very spacious ,the range countertop was very effective.
Their were Cockroaches so it wasn't easy to cook or warm up anything or they came out, not enough clean towels as they were needed.!!

literally just the staff
I called trying to get beat I couldn’t get heat nobody ever came . the bed felt like rods in my back . my body hurts from metal and I got up and left slept in my car ! the door shut so hard and slow . would stay in a certain spot very unsafe . police have to sit outside at night so be aware

I did not like anything about this place.
This place is horrible I would not recommend it to anyone. There are criminals and vagrants all over the place, it seems St Louis County dumped every section 8 Voucher recipient into this place. Definitely a traveler's nightmare.

The hospitality of the staff. even the homeless men were nice. I sucked d!cc for drugs too
