it was disgusting, I left after 2 hours there, had to fix my tv cuz it was crooked, and smelled like cigarettes. would not recommend

The kitchen facilities were not up to par. The stove looked dirty. The utensils and pots I was given were unusable. The pot was so beat up I immediately returned it and bought my own. The rest of the room, especially the bathroom, was fine.

I liked it was big and had a kitchen. It was really quiet for it to have been packed with a lot of people. We woke up a little late for check out but no one came banging on our door and they was really cool about it. The building and outside of the property was really big a d landscaping was nice too.

Every room I had with a kitchen had dishes and pots. And they didn't have ice either. The refrigerator was really dirty on the outside. The guy at the front desk seemed clueless about a lot. They charge separate for room and deposit. The lobby smelled really good but the elevator smelled like roach spray. And the halls smelled different but not a good different.

Everything was horrible and filthy. No washcloths, no hot water, no dishes, room had not been cleaned and they claim they didn't have anything else. It was a totally bad experience

No! no! this is the most terrible experience! such a hotel and service does not match the quality. there it is necessary to call the sanitary and epidemiological station! terribly dirty, terrible smell!the girl at the reception is not friendly, does not try to help the guests!when my son and I arrived, the only reason was lowndry and the kitchen was equipped. but when we entered the room, it was not even cleaned, there were bottles of alcohol, garbage, used towels, I had to go down and ask to clean the room! no service! no management! the main mission of such hotels is to make people feel at home if they travel, but no, you can feel like a homeless person...

Extended stay America should' be ashamed to have this building. I've stayed at other ESA's and I've had great experiences. This one is down right horrible.

there’s so many bugs everywhere, the hallways have bugs crawling in the wyd and there’s so many flies and roaches. it’s such a dirty place and the staff is not welcoming at all. the parking lot is filled with trash.

It was 5 minutes from the Convention hall. It was close to restaurants. The heater worked in the room. I am only still writing because the bar at the bottom keeps prompting me to write more things.

When I booked the room, it said free breakfast on the website. As it was supposed to be a kitchenette, there was no pans, dishes, utensils whatsoever. It forced us to eat all of our meals in restaurants. There was what we assumed to be blood stains on the floor, stains of sexual nature on the chairs, no shampoos, lotions or soaps. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and since I was awake, I had to use the washroom, and I could clearly smell a mix of cigarette smoke and marijuana. I completely wish I could get my money back.

Noting good to say about this dump room was disgusting, dirty towels, lights did not work, non smoking room but smells of smoke, stains on Chairs, missing appliances, roaches on walls, dog Crap in hallway( pet friendly hotel ) Bed infested with bedbugs. Room makes your skin crawl with dust and dirt, rat crap on kitchen counter.

Condemn hotel as a bio hazard and shut it down. Sell hotel to someone who will manage property. Fire staff as they are rude and do not care. Tried to change room but was told no by front desk clerk because no other room available ( laying piece of trash of front desk clerk)

The only thing I liked about the property is the location.

It was snowing and the parking lots are horribly kept. The beds are small and uncomfortable. The blankets are even WORSE. They are like the blankets they give you in prison. Everything in the hotel and the room is extremely outdated. From the beds to the lamps to the dresser to the TV. The phone in the room is so old it looks like it’s from the 90’s and there is no directory on the phone so I had to call the front desk from my personal cell phone to ask what to dial to reach the front desk. When I asked for extra blankets because the ones on the bed are so thin, I was told I had to come to the front desk to get them myself they don’t bring them to your room and when I got down there they said they had to go upstairs to get blankets for me and left me downstairs waiting for about 10 minutes. I also asked what was the fee for a pet and I was told “$28 something with taxes” so unprofessional I will not be back here. Waste of money I would have rather went back to the holiday inn express, it’s cheaper there and MUCH nicer.
