Room had another guest toiletry bag in it, pillows were messed up, bathroom counter was dirty and dirty foot prints in the shower. Only had one king bed room left to offer instead, did not ever even say sorry for all of this. Tiny foyer to check in. Property was dirty with guests bringing a motorcycle into the property. Property did not feel safe. Would never book here again

They accepted the reservation and even answered my communication of my arrival at 7PM. As I arrived there, the lady at the desk just said to me that they didn't have any more space for me because they overbooked and I had to search for another hotel. She even told me I should cancel the reservation (so I would be in the wrong and pay anyway because canceling so late means that)

Top floor, kitchen. The employees were nice.
The hallways smelt gross and dirty looking. There was no security cameras inside or outside; only by the front entrance and front desk. Our hotel room door wasn't fully secure. You could push on it and see a gap showing. The fridge had leaked all over once it was running. The room phone did not work at all.
There was stuff under the beds that didn't get picked up by the cleaners.
Yes, I know that this hotel is more of a stay for long period of time, but it could use some TLC and air fresheners.

Location was great
staff are unprofessional, the day staff was rude not with us but they did that to other guests. I hope you hear more form guests in the upcoming days.

It was quiet.
The front desk person was extremely unhelpful and rude. She made us pay again even after I showed her the receipt through bookings.com showing we paid. The entire wooden floor was sticky. The bed was so uncomfortable I ended up with a lower backache. They only gave us three pillows that were lumpy and flat. Nothing about this stay was enjoying.

They need to vacuum the hallways every once in a while. I think it was mostly paper but very noticeable.

The location was perfect for going to the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport. Pleasing colors and very clean. Good rates.
Lights did not work by the bed. Shower rod was bent so shower curtain would not stay closed, therefore water all over the floor by the toilet. Also in that corner the baseboard and wallpaper were peeling. The fan was not working in the bathroom.

convenient location
When I arrived, law enforcement had just departed from breaking up a fight. The entryway had a strong odor of drug smoke. the attendant took several minutes to arrive at the desk. Plumbing fixtures were broken.

Trash everywhere and The staff charged me a pet fee I wasn’t aware of and I put I had a pet in my reservation.

Communal areas were dirty, as were the rooms. Superficially the room looked clean but lots of areas that needed attending too.
For someone that is “long stay” there is nothing really in walking distance

This time there was garbage in the kitchen garbage that wasn’t from me.

The facility was clean and comfortable, and for the price and location a very good value.
At check-in there was no one staffing the front desk. I had to find a maid that found someone to check me in. And at that point for whatever reason it was a scramble to find a room available. The manager had to go see if one room was ready. Checkin took 20 minutes or more. No exaggeration. After a three hour drive, and a meeting I had to pee, and there was no available rest-room. When I finally got my room i had to shower and change clothes. It was a mess. Staff was advised of my issue and did nothing. Apparently it was easier to clean up the trail left on the floor than to find me a bathroom.

Room was clean and staff was friendly.
I might suggest putting some of those felt pads on the drawers to the night stand. When closing the drawer it would slam every time really loud. The mini felt pads would make them closing a little quieter. Just a suggestion.

The staff was nice. The location and being able to get me a room very last minute.
The convenience of the location was nice. My room was a little on the dirty side. I had food still from someone else in the microwave and it smelled of food. The bathroom could of been a little more clean. Toilet had pee stains on it. A little disappointed but sometimes that will happen.
