Everything was perfect. Very comfortable and will be back if passing through.

The family suite was awesome for our family of 5! The main room had 3 sofa beds that were already made (didn’t need to put sheets on myself!) and a room with a queen and another with a king plus dressers in both. WILL stay here again. My kids LOVED the space!

The staff locked breakfast doors at 8:50, we were able to grab a plate fast and even more people were coming down and she wouldn't unlock it, the elevator made banging and unsafe sounds while on it so we had to use the stairs, 3 stories, the pool area had 21 tiles missing from the ceiling and some were propped open with sticks, there was a maintenance door on my level which was visibly kicked in half and kicked in, the ice machines did not work at all, there were dead bugs in the window seals of our room and very very loud guests that were smoking in the room next to us that complaining did nothing. Very disappointed as we were there for a medical procedure and felt unsafe with my teenage daughter.

The front staff was very pleasant and helpful. I truly appreciated them. the room was mostly clean except for the hair in the shower and the room was set at 60 degrees and freezing. I did however, really like the sink area.

I sent a complaint from Booking.com to the hotel and have never gotten any response. I paid way to much for this hotel stay for the service that I received. I booked this hotel because of the hot tub, it was shut down. The breakfast didn't have a great selection. I asked one of the workers in the breakfast area and she was rude and hardly responded, there was hair in the shower when we got there and the room was at 60 degrees. We got woke up at 3 a.m. for someone pulling an alarm so I got no sleep, not to mention the fact that the bed was hard as a rock and impossible to sleep on. I truly feel that I should get refunded at least 1/2 of my stay. oh and the wifi didn't work the whole time that we were there.

The price was good compared other hotels around. I liked the location as well.

I wish the breakfast would have been open earlier than 7 on a weekend. We were in town for a baseball tournament and had to be gone at 7am.

The front desk lady was very helpful. She let us know if we needed anything she was there till pm and we could ask her and she would help us

The swimming pool at around midnight was dirty in the pool room and no towels.

The common room was nice and breakfast was really good.

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable I didn’t sleep much and left with a sore back (and I’m not old!).

It was loud our whole stay with kids running up and down the halls. They also charged the wrong card, which cause multiple overdraft fees from payments I had set up on autopay. It has been three days since I talked to them about getting it fixed, and after they said they would, it still hasn’t been done.
