Great location

Individual doing check in was awful. No personality, didn’t acknowledge when got there, gave no directions or info as to parking , facilities etc. seemed annoyed

The location is great.

The AC unit in the first room we got was leaking water all over the carpet. The carpet was soaked and we stepped in it. The next room we got had strands of hair in the bathroom and on the bed. The pool was also closed, no one told us that and we were planning to use it. The TV's reception was terrible, we could only get a few channels to work.

Loved it here. Great place to stay.

Staff was friendly but there wasn't anyone there to check us out before we left. The patio/bar/game area was wonderful! Love the location as well! Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance.

Our room smelled like Ramen Noodles and dog urine. There were no kleenex in the kleenex box. The air conditioner smelled like a dog had peed in it. The odor was pretty bad. Usually a hotel room smells like clorox or other fresh scent. We were very limited on time so we didn't switch rooms.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great location

Advertising a room on the 6th floor facing in toward a shopping center as "top floor with a view" and charging a premium for it is ridiculous and I feel a little misled. The shower door was broken and so leaked water everywhere, the toilet had trouble flushing, the AC couldn't keep the room cool The location isn't worth almost $200 a night for a mediocre room.

NIce atmosphere in the middle of Park Place. Can walk to restaurants, movie theatre, shopping.
