Room was amazing

The location was good and there was a kitchenette

People next door were screaming and kids banging on the wall. I asked to be moved but was told they were fully booked. This was not true. I walked past several rooms that were vacant all day/ night. Bathroom had hair in soap dish. Bathtub drain was faulty. Spent $200 for this experience.

Close to where I needed to be.

Not clean! The floors were dirty and there was lint on the towels. Expensive for what it I got.

Service sucked waited at the front desk for over twenty minutes before someone showed up than when she did she was rude , got to our room the lock didn’t work we went back to reception waited another 15 minutes before we had to call to get someone to the front desk , than asked for a new room and were told no it was sold out and we’re not offered any remedy or solution to the door . On top of that we seen the receptionist go out to her car multiple times she seemed like she was tweaking on drugs which probably explains why no one was at the front desk ever.

The staff that checked us in that night. Rude, unfriendly definitely didn't give a damn what the customers want or feel.

Position is located in a silent and beauty place, also convenient for me to working at Microsoft. The yard have sufficient parking position.

1， No slippers in the room. 2, The room has poor sound insulation. 3, Breakfast is too simple, almost nothing but muffin.
