Everything! This property should be on everyone’s to do list. so many activities and fun!
The prices of the luxury glamping lol, but it was definitely worth every dime!

The room was good, kitchen fully equipped and the bed was amazingly comfortable
The property is absolutely beautiful!
The room is to dark.
We were there on a weekday and all the shops, the salloon and restaurants were closed. So we were a bit disappointed especially because of the high prices per night.

Everything was perfect. We only wish there was a possibility to spend time near the bonfire, experience the saloon and a rodeo show.

Location would of a first unit and larger freezer.

I really liked how everything is within walking distance. . . The people was great very friendly, It was a great stay . We will be back with our granddaughter. Enjoyed the pool.
A few places was closed during the week. I think you need more food places. The rodeo was alittle pricey. I think they should have grills out to cook out. I thought they would have the fire pits going on Saturday after the rodeo. I feel that should of been included in the evening .

it was very beautiful
The food was so bad! so disappointing! we asked for pool and beth towels many times. at the end they brought a hand wash towel to the pool and we never get an extra towels to the room.

The place is nice if you travel with children.
There is no cleaning service. We stayed there for almost 2 weeks and asked multiple times for some cleaning and nothing happened (because of COVID... It started 3 years ago, this is no excuse!!!). After a long time, we managed to have some new towels for some rooms.
The wi-fi was very hard to get. In most rooms, we couldn't managed to connect to it.
A lot of my co-workers got sick because of the A/C in the rooms.
There was some insects in the rooms (in a ranch, I don't find it unsual, but without a cleaning service, this is not ideal).

Big beds,nice surrounds. Great staff.
You are forced to reserve minimum 2 nights.
You must pay additional for internet
Pillows were really high.

beautiful surroundings, very silent.
the room was dirty upon arrival, with dust covering the front door inside. The bathroom in the master bedroom had a leaky faucet, and the toilet wouldn’t stop running water all the time. It felt unkept.
At the grocery store they have very rude people attending, and they dont have a proper place for breakfast during weekdays.
at the petting farm, there was nobody to purchase tickets and see the animals so we had no choice but to cross the fence and get in…we came all the way from Miami and we wouldn’t go back without seeing the animals. we had fun with the goats but that was pretty much it.
there’s not much to do during weekdays.
the pool is outdated and it looks like a project from the ghetto.
We as a family didn’t like it at all.
Best thing were the wooden guns and toys at the store.
never coming back.

Great activities, the rodeo was the best. Luxury Glamping was very nice. We had a good time, but it had the potential to be a great time.
Quiet time was supposed to be 10pm to 8am, we had a noisy group of people by the campfire until 1am. Fine dining restaurant was closed on Sunday. In our unit the shower did not drain, so we had a puddle to step into everytime we showered. Sliding door to toilet would slide open, it would never stay closed

This room was a Lodge Suite that we needed to be at a cottage with a pull out sofa bed. It was unit 6B. The location of the unit was good and in a nice area close to our other rooms (Teepee and a private condo). The rodeo and activities were great although they sum up as everything is extra.
The room was not ready at check-in time and it was very dark, very tiny and very noisy due to the AC unit being right under the one small window there is. If you book the A units - much better - more spacious and with your own patio / grill area. But the B units are tiny tiny - considering that they are also around $200 a night - you are better off with a platform tent...

The location is great and the TeePee area is awesome. The Teepees are also very spacious and the main bed is very comfy. There are a lot of activities for kids and families alike - which is great. All included with the Teepees too. The Cattle Company restaurant is great - good food and service.
The majority of the staff is just either unfriendly or rude. There are exceptions - Tony at the front desk being one of them. We never got the full run down of our included services or any consistent concierge treatment which comes highly advertised with the prices you pay for the teepees. At 750$ a night I would also expect things to be flawless as far as the service is concerned. Our initial concierge didn't give us any love and we had to complain in order to at least get sth out of the services we pay for. The food other than at Cattle Company or the pizzas at the General Store - is less than average. Friday and Saturday are very packed and then Mo - Thu - almost nothing. Which unfortunately means you have to fight for your service even more. If they would only charge 150$ a night - not a problem - but with the price tag expectations are high and staff needs to be better trained and more on top of things.

outdoorsy, comfortable
not enough restaurants to eat at, therefore, not many food choices. I would have also liked more activities for little kids. other than that. the place was great.

Not much as we never got to really enjoy the weekend. The hospitality at this resort is way under par and below expectations
The resort is extremely disorganized from the moment we arrived on Friday evening. Our room was switched without information us and when we arrived we were surprised to find out that they changed our room assignment. We rented a golf cart and we were told to walk 2 plus miles without any key to the golf cart. One of the staff eventually saw us walking and he was able to drive back to get keys for the golf cart. This was the first evening experience. The room stank and looked like it was never cleaned after the previous guest. Pillows and comforter were not washed had blood stains on both.
Room was infested with ants. The lighting in the room was very dim and enough light to see the exact state of the room. The AC unit was loud and kept us up all night. The phone in the room does not work and we were unable to call reception or room service. This is absolute a safety concern and a huge liability in case of emergency.
