Room was clean.
It was extremely noisy at night. Loud music was playing from a near by location. They should put on the site that they require a credit card hold or you can't stay after having reserved the room a few months in advanced and paid in full.
Housekeeping talking loud in the hallway at 7 in the morning.

I got my money back, after getting extremely upset!
Small step up entering stairwell, I all most tripped.
Saw a plunger 🪠 on stairs going up to room.
Toilet 🚽 paper in toilet. When I went to flush. Water began raising.
Was told I could not get refunded. I was there less than 45 minutes & told my self, "OH HELL NO! MY HUSBAND'S HARD WORKING MONEY IS WORTH MORE THAN THIS PLACE FOR US TO SLEEP!

I like the cleanliness and the night staff was friendly and patient.
The water temperature in the shower or from the sink didn't get warm at all so after a long day of traveling it wasn't nice at all.
Also I gave a morning staff some post cards to mail out and he never sent them out. I called and he said he sent them, however I never got one delivered to my home address or my friends.

Absolutely horrible!!!
So dirty everywhere and the staff was rude and un- helpful. My child was scared and disgusted as were we! DONT STAY!! STAFF ALSO LIED TO US MORE THAN ONCE ...JUST AWFUL!
We would have left but it was the middle of the night with an tired child and parent who only needed 4 to 5 hour of rest! Staff offered no help once all the gross was found!!

The Manager was very nice and friendly. He welcomed us warmly and was very accommodating.
The pillows were not the best kind. We stayed for one night but the couple in the room upstairs were fighting and screaming loudly.
