I like that the room comes with a kitchen, even though there are no cooking ware in the room
I didn't like being locked out Everytime I left the room since check in. I didn't like huge pee stains on the linen and was asked to change my own linen because she was doing laundry. I didn't like the toilet didn't flush. I didn't like the rush to leave call after all the issues at 9 am when check out is at 11am. I was totally disappointed.

The walls are most definitely NOT sound proof. When ever I think about that place, I’ll always remember the never-ending noise from the nail guns associated with all the surrounding construction, to the dogs barking of the guest pets to the guests themselves.

Booking.com needs to match the actual availability of the rooms. I reserved a double and got a king when I arrived.

we had tried to call repeatedly no answer, room was not ready when we did get there the king room had to settle for queen instead of waiting for king room to be ready ! bugs seen in one of the rooms , not enough staff and not friendly ! Ask for more creamer in the morning was told she would get it when she was through with the call she was on hold with !

The beds were horrible, old box springs. The room smelled bad.

I liked that the staff were apologetic
It was the worst stay of my life from the beginning of it was not one thing it was followed by another and another and another. You get my drift? Honestly they need new management the place is a mess and its illegal to run traps like that. I would not wish it on my worst enemy. Thank God I don't have any, but I would send them there to make some "improvements" 😂 just trying to stay positive.

The rooms were nice
The shower was cold water, which I did that evening. There was an argument right outside our door and the police were called, several times. Next we smelled pepper spray.

I could not sleep last night. at 3 a.m. there was a fight. outside my room. I ask for 2. and. I don't understand how they couldn't. control that. that fight lasted. like 30 minutes. was. uncomfortable and disturbing. put more attention to such situations.

gnats in our room. Told housekeeping and the front desk. They said they would spray. Apparently, they didn't as the room was still infested with gnats.
