The morning person was in a horrible mood she was rude

Our queen room was nicely furnished and included a mini fridge and microwave. Our 2 dogs were welcome for an additional pet fee of $20/pet. The motel was conveniently located to I-80 which was perfect for an overnight stop while traveling. We were able to easily park our car and trailer in their back parking area.

There were lots of cigarette butts in the parking lot. If I can clean up after my dog, why can't smokers clean up after themselves? Otherwise the facility was clean and comfortable.

It was centrally located 

For one thing I didn’t appreciate 8 o’clock in the morning bang bang bang in the halls because they were changing out the locks. That’s unacceptable. The second thing is how do you expect a handicap person to get on a mile high bed don’t you think a mile high bed in a handicap room is really stupid. 

Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good.

The location was convenient.

There was no elevator. Staff did not ask if we were able to do stairs before assigning a room upstairs. Beds were uncomfortable.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, and the beds were very uncomfortable almost like they were blown out and needed replacing our first stay here last year was way better

Just a needed rest after a long week. Thanks to the staff for taking care of us.
