Loved the walk-in shower (handicap accessible). I wish more hotels would put in walk-in showers. Not everyone can use a tub. We are senior citizens and it is hard for us to get in and out of a tub.

Sofa was itchy....but not the motel's fault. I have skin allergies.

the staff was very rude and racist they put us on the first floor on purpose and then every time when entered the hotel they would watch the cameras the housekeepers bang on your door 8am I have kids in my room I did not like that people like to sleep in on vacation

Nothing I didn’t like.

Didn't like nothing nothing about the location came out of the hotel Sunday morning and someone tried to get my tag off my car. Also my stuff was gone though in my room and my bottle of water was open and something was put in my water

The front desk person was amazing. Our TV didn't work and she personally came to the room within minutes to fix it. Very friendly and accommodating and extremely comfortable beds. Would not hesitate to stay again.

the sheets and shower had pubic hairs. ants were in my room and on my bed. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel

No pool, no hot tub and breakfast end too early (9am).

the room was freezing cold when we got there. maybe 30 degrees in the room. had to leave our winter coats on for an hour in the room until it was warm enough to take them off. had to let the water run for 10 minutes before it got warm.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was pretty comfortable. The exterior of the building looked new. The lobby was nice.

Oh boy. First of all it just about impossible to find the hotel. Construction..lack of any signs. The only way to get there is a dark parking lot from another building. They couldn't find our reservation..had to wait 30 minutes to just check in. The moment you step off the elevator from the lobby to the second floor where we stayed, you were in for a disappointment. The carpet looks newer..but it's dirty. The walls are freshly painted..but not very professionally. Ceiling is a mess of water leaks, past and present. Paint is bubbling on the ceiling and I saw mold. When we got to our room. The door looked like it was broken into...it was bashed in below the door lock. It was pretty disconcerting. The room smelled faintly like cigarette smoke. The floors were sticky. There was damaged and missing paint in the bathroom from a water leak. The sink would not drain. There was a weird yellow stain on the counter. The hotel was nice outside and in the lobby. But the elevator door opened to a mess. Again people that work there are very nice..but it does downhill quickly.
