Staff was very nice

it was a very clean property. could see some damage on walls but not bad

Shower head in room was dirty. Walls and floors were very thin so could hear everyone around you

Paid $295 for a queen room, there was no parking due to poor snow removal. Wasn't enough room to even park in the hotel lot.

Property was very clean. It’s an excellent location for us.

Sid was very accommodating and welcoming. very friendly

there seemed to be a group of extended stay people who were smoking pot and drinking outside of the facility and were always loitering - was a bit uncomfortable

Beds were comfortable

Someone was cooking fish in a nearby room. Smell was horrible. Hot tub wasn’t working.

Two things, the shower curtain was torn from the rings. There was a big stain on the desk chair.

Location was very good, staff was great. Coffee was very good and available all the time.

Breakfast not so great. Scrambled eggs weren't real eggs...not sure what. Biscuits for biscuits and gravy didn't look or taste like real or canned even. Ground up cardboard came to mind. Pool water wasn't clear and clean looking at all. Room carpet probably needed a thorough shampooing, grungy looking even though it was dark colored. Weeds all over the place outside, made the place look third rate.

It was great! And workers were so friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness

good location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

very stingy with towels & washcloths. we had 4 people in our room & they would only leave 2-3 towels each day. we always had to go. to the desk for more.

The breakfast attendee would not talk when you asked him questions. The pool was nice and the room was clean, minus the mold in the bathroom 🤢 Overall would stay again.

Pillows

Blood on the sheets at the foot of the bed. Of course they changed them but I was told they would comp the room. Not only did the manager NOT comp the room but he wasn't even professional enough to call me. He made the morning staff deal with after I EXPRESSLY said I wanted to talk to the MANAGER.

Breakfast was good.

The chair was broken in our room. But it was the cleanest I had stayed in for years.

The pool was fine.

Quite dirty and very unkept rooms. The shower curtain was smeared with some substance that could have been cleaned off before the next guests arrived. We had to ask for towels, hangers, basic toiletries like soap, etc. We had to ask for anything to be cleaned during our stay, which lasted more than a week. Emails and questions were often left unanswered. The breakfast was handled in a very petty-minded way. Breakfast went until 9am, and we were just finishing up our final breakfast items at 8.59 (no joke). They shut the power off for the machines and we couldn’t finish our items. And, and, and

The shower & bath areas were clean

Was suppose to be a non smoking room , could smell cigarette smoke when entering room . No elevator ( didn't see that noted ) breakfast was lacking with waffle batter running out , other items almost gone . No one monitoring food to keep filled during breakfast. Pool area is dingy , needs attention with paint etc. For the money it should be better . Had to ask for more towels on second day .
