Location and Cleanliness

Broken toilet seat. Notified staff upon arrival, nothing done. No fan in bathroom made room floor quite slippery. Bed very uncomfortable, lumpy mattress. Breakfast buffet- completely out of milk, butter (frozen when restocked), fruit, and yogurt. No guests present when I dined. I inquired about pets prior to arriving and was told the hotel was pet friendly, but was not informed of $25 per night pet fee.

The towels and sheets were clean.

The room was dark with not much light. Did not get the room I wanted. The room telephone was disconnected, asked to correct. Was not connected. Room was dusty, spiderwebs under the ac, bath tub was dirty with lot of trimmed beard or shaved man’s face. Was very disgusting. Front desk customer service was very rude except for one Spanish girl. She was welcoming. Even the so called manager Hemant Patel was rude. Asked for a shower gel. He did not have. Coffee maker in room was dirty, stuff sticking to it.

They stuck me in a handicap room close to the exit door so people were constantly in and out and it was nerve racking when I was trying to enjoy some peace. Then the fire alarms kept going off and firefighters kept coming....one of them just opened my door as I was half dressed...I won't be back

Don't come here if you don't want to get in trouble or get robbed...this place is so small..bushit hotel

they are the people in the real hell. They will do all sorts of tricks to take your property. the people in here are so rotten..indian…dont come there

Tables were dirty. Hardly any food.

The exit door did not work. Wifi passwords difficult to enter. Breakfast poor.
