Avoid the king suite. The room was at the end of the hotel closest to the highway. Unfortunately the two windows in the bedroom faced the main highway. Although there was almost no traffic after 9:00 pm, there was plenty of loud traffic and trucks at 6:00 am. The suite area with the couch overlooked the parking lot. Balcony is essentially nonexistent. The hotel is surrounded by road or buildings and has no views. We needed to pay additional for the breakfast that was 'included'. We paid for 'breakfast included' at the time of our reservation. Still, we owed the cafe $2.53 as the voucher from the main desk did not cover our breakfast. We did not order anything extravagant - we each had a plate of two scrambled eggs, choice of meat and potatoes. We also each had a cup of one size available coffee and we still owed $2.53. Paying additional for an included breakfast was not right.

Could not get the tv volume to work. House technician thought he had resolved the issue, but it continued to be an issue after he left. Never did get this issue resolved.

The swimming pool was not heated due to a problem

I was very disappointed to find out that the hotel does not offer breakfast, despite what it says on this website and on my booking confirmation. I would not have stayed here had I known this.

Deceptive advertising on Booking.com

Breakfast was 10$ vouchers for cafe next door. It had a decent menu and the vouchers covered most of the meal. Great location in town and lots of parking. We stayed 3 nights but didn't opt for room cleaning during the stay. Plenty of towels for the stay.

It's not exactly quiet between rooms and hallway noise, but that's fairly normal.

Great location, walked downtown Ketchum to shops, meals, activities.

Easier to adjust wall thermostat.

Front desk lady was VERY helpful and professional.

The price was extreme for the condition of the property.

Very clean and comfortable room. Property is walking distance to a lot of great restaurants/bars.
