Very comfortable and nicely decorated.
It advertised a balcony with our room. It wasn’t. We had use of a deck next to the main office and it wasn’t private. The view was not as pictured. We were disappointed.

Location was great, with a nice water view! The bed was very comfortable, towels were nice, there was a full size fridge and the room was dark for sleeping with the blinds and drapes. Breakfast was delicious and the Inn keepers were very pleasant. Breakfast is brought to your room on a tray, so you can eat in your room or on the shared deck, if you like.
Shower was very tight and awkward in the corner room, wish we had known that before we booked.

The innkeepers were excellent. Very friendly and professional. Room was very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was also excellent. Parking was ample and convenient.
We were surprised at the bed and breakfast feel of this property and expected a more upscale resort. The word "oceanfront" in the name was deceiving as we were really on a harbor and due to the timing of the tide, saw nothing but mud as it was low tide for much of the daylight hours. That view was not at all appealing. I also did not care for the three flights of stairs to our room.

The staff was great! The facilities were amazing! Hot tub was running even in April! Nothing like a hot tub on a cool night overlooking the harbor! The complimentary breakfast was absolutely amazing! Delivered to my room and top notch! I recommend the avocado toast with dropped egg and fruit!!! THE BEST!!

An unbeatable view from an exceptionally comfortable room with friendly hosts. We had high hopes for our stay here and they were surpassed.

The breakfast was great, came on time, temperature was great. The staff was excellent. Overall, we are coming back next year.

The property exceeded our expectations!!! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was incredibly pleasant. my favorite part was having breakfast served to us on the porch right outside our room. We will definitely be coming back!!

The breakfasts were awesome
It would have been nice if there was a dining area to eat breakfast. I know Covid and using all the space available for guest rooms makes this tough. Also, although the room was very clean, we did find that the "standard" size room had very small bathrooms. Again, I know this is not something that can be easily addressed in the short term, just things to think about for long term improvements.

Advertised water view which was a joke. Only about 18 inches of the entry door had a view and that had to be covered by a shade most of the time because other guests/staff walking by could look into the room unobstructed. Also the bathroom was incredibly small and badly dated (makeshift at best).
Bottom line, way over priced for the nature of the property.

The view from our top floor room was incredible. The harbor is so quaint and beautiful with the Fall color.
The breakfast and coffee brought to our room was top notch.

Location, staff, room and breakfast were excellent!
Harborage Inn does not really have a designated smoke area as advertised. They say they have a designated smokers area, but smokers beware they do not truly. Most smokers are not proud to smoke, so they understand the importance of having smoking rules and designated areas to do so. I fully appreciated the so-called designated smoking area being in a far away location, as to not disturb other guests. However Harborage Inn took it too far, making it dangerous (no light) and difficult to be a responsible smoker (no safe location to put out butts) Would not stay here again for only that reason.

The staff was exceptional. They did everything they could to try to upgrade me to a larger room however they were completely booked. As a concession they brought up wine and cheese. They were extremely attentive to any and every need that we had.
What I learned was that booking.com choose is the least expensive room. Our room was very small. The bath and shower area were extremely small.

Amazing location, serene room, best room # 8 in 3rd floor and fantastic made to order breakfasts brought to our room to eat in or outside.
