The room had the coffee pot, microwave. and frig ... as expected. I don't know what else to say.

The entire outside of the hotel is saturated with the smell of pet waste. It's toxic, and if the staff can't smell it -- they have normalized it, which is very gross. It really is very strong ... maybe some lime? Potting soil? I don't know what to tell you, but it's horrible.

It was clean. No noise problems. Bed was ok. For the money it was marginal. The Employee was nice to take up my luggage to the second floor.

No elevator. Carpets were ragged in hall ways. Bathtub was clean but resin was coming off the tub and should be replaced.

The people were friendly

The bed was like a taco bed. You get in it and roll to the middle. There was no TV or internet connection. When I was trying to follow the directions on the TV to try and hook it up, we found food and stuff under and behind the dresser and fridge. The wall in the bathroom was either the paint coming off or they were starting to develop mold. Either way, that didn't look clean.

First we got there, with a reservation for a king room and a 2 queen room. We get told that they don't have any kings and we have to settle for a queen, whatever. Get to our room and there was trash on the floor, in the bathroom and one of the beds wasn't made. Like it wasn't cleaned since last quest, our second room door was unlocked and didn't need a key to open. When we told them about the messy room, they told us "o it looks like we do have a king room, usually it would be a increase in price but we will give it to u." Just to look at our receipt and we were in fact charged for the king, and a queen room. It was midnight and we still had hours of travel the next day, otherwise I would have left. Booking.com was contacted after we got home about our stay. They gave us $12 credit after over 2 days of "investigation" never will stay there again, and booking.com can keep their $12

Breakfast was very good. Price was great. Stayed on the way out and on the way back. Ate at Chef Cheng's down the block on the return trip. Good dinner

Building old as described. But room was good with micro and fridge. First trip we were on the ground floor. On the return trip we got on the third floor, although we had requested ground. No elevator so not great on old legs.

the room was clean, temperature controls outdated but worked well, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, I made biscuits and gravy with an egg omelette (all precooked). It was an enjoyable break for my trip.
