I did not like that the property has so many broken or non working items in the room. including door. Staff was not so happy to assist in changing rooms when I said there was non working items in the paid room. They were very hesitant. and I still got a room that was not complete.

I didn't get the room I had reservations for they claim it had been reserved wich it didn't make sense. Was given a room no working ac potato bugs in the room and it smelled dirty They changed my room it was worst roaches no working ac Wen I went to let them know that ac wasn't working they claim it did and we're really rude dog poop everywhere in the plants and allot of noise and people hanging around in the parking lot

Reading the sign behind the plexiglass warning about loitering, prostitution, and everything that goes with a shady neighborhood.

The water didn’t work and no one cared to help me and didn’t get a refund.

Didn't get the room I wanted jacuzzi wasn't working

Unfortunately, there was nothing to appreciate at this inn. It was an overwhelming unpleasant stay.

During check-in, I (along with other guests in the office) witnessed a very public and unprofessional argument between an employee and the manager. It was shocking that the staff did not apologize to the guest that witness the intense argument, they did not addressed it at all! In addition, check-in staff was rude and demanded a cash deposit only (they pretty much forced me to look for a bank to go withdrawal cash and drive back to the inn). The location overall seems very unkept. The bathroom door in my assigned room was broken. The non-smoking room had an old smoke stench and the pillow cases and sheets had old stains (the sheets appeared to possibly be washed but with unremovable stains). Overall, the unsightly bedding in my opinion, implies that the inn cuts corners and cost.

Room was dirty when I got there , to be more specific the bathroom had someone's muscle shirt wrapped around the shower head for pressure and the tub was dirty , asked front desk for new room but didn't get one and no one came to clean it like he said they would after the empty rooms where done.

Nice staff and helpful .

Dog owner would NOT pick up after they walk their dogs outside and leave it right next to someone's car . Disruptive neighbors with loud big dogs .
