Absolutely beautiful view off back balcony! Friendly and loved they had free breakfast in the morning. Will definitely come back next time!

Large pool with a good hotel location and fair price. Beds were comfortable.
The breakfast area left a lot to be desired. When we walked in we were hit with a blast of sour milk smell. The “hot” items were bagged individually and one set of pancakes I pulled out had a film of slime on them. We visited on a weekday in July and the breakfast area is way too small to accommodate the number of guests. We skipped breakfast the next morning. The whole hotel is very dated and needs a big facelift.

Overall very good experience. Clean rooms and friendly service. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the 'continental breakfast'. Only cold food items and frozen toaster waffles. Good in a pinch, but a better selection would be a bonus!

The location is perfect! Right close by so many great places! The view of the bridge couldn’t be beat! My daughter loved the pool! There was a good variety of food at breakfast and the staff were all very helpful and friendly!

Staff was unhelpful. I did not get the room I paid for. Room was dirty and cold.

The location was perfect. The facilities were clean. The staff was (unwillingly) accommodating.
The staff wasn't friendly. If you needed to ask them a question, they made you feel like a bother. I had to go down for some extra towels and one of the ladies was on her personal cell phone and she seemed annoyed that I interrupted her phone call.

I was iffy booking but this was by far the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in awhile. Highly recommend!

Very clean, great view and excellent location for our weekend plans. Loved our room and lots of extra towels in the room. Lots of great restaurants close. I would absolutely stay there again.

The View was amazing!! We had the view of the Mackinaw Bridge as soon as we walked into our room. The room was very spacious and clean.

We loved being able to find a hotel room with 3 queen beds for our family of six! It's a rare find and makes a stay so much more comfortable.
The staff were so friendly!
