It was smelling cigaret, and one of the room had a very strong urine smell. Were very unsatisfy, we did not get what I had reserves. Was very unhappy

I didn’t like ventilation, had a smell, outside the grounds was poorly kept. the rooms were not in the best shape. I think that both facilities are not being kept up in a process manner

What breakfast? There was no breakfast or even coffee provided. I thought the desk clerk was very nice.

The elevator & my room smelled of cigarette smoke. The elevator also reeked of urine. The guests on my floor were running in the halls at 1am Xmas morning with their children. They were talking loudly & banging on doors. The plastic bottom of the tub was plastic & felt like it would give way at any moment. The letter left on the desk by the hotel mgmt was not appreciated & disconcerting as it mentions unacceptable behavior of the guests & that it was my responsibility to empty my own trash out in the dumpster. Also it discusses stealing linens & being charged. If that’s their policy than I think mgmt should do a walkthrough & confirm what linens are currently present so they know if something is gone. The kitchen had no dish ware, towels, paper towels etc- other extended stay hotels offer those. The price of the room was ridiculously high. I know it was Christmas however if you charge that price then I expect a much better room. They also charged for my dog! I could name several competitors that allow pets for free & thrir rooms are so much nicer.

We have reserved. Room at this hotel and because we decided to do a late check-in, they have given our room away… I have my whole family with me and almost midnight and they tell us that they are all sold-out. I have a reservation and I guaranteed our room with my credit card on file and still told me that they don’t have a room available. No call, email, or any kind of notice that we do not have a room. To my dismay, I wanted to yell at someone. We are all tired from our long trip and I was calling all nearby hotels to see if they have available room. Imagine doing this with a hungry kid and my phone battery is dying. Staff is not helpful at all, and did not even apologize for the inconvenience they have cause. We ended up driving another hour south to go to the next hotel, it’s was a very busy weekend and all the decent hotels nearby are completely booked for the night. I will never ever book here again.

I understood that the room would be ready at 3:00 and didn’t get in there until 5:30. I i stand that they have no help.

The location is close to everything you would need such as grocery, pharmacy, access to highway, etc.

I had to come in cleaning toilets dishes etc. Accommodations paid for were either not readily available or not available at all. Disappointing

The staff was really friendly, they really tried to make our stay comfortable.

The hotel needs some serious work. The bathroom has some bad water damage. The toilet was sunk into the floor and tub creaks like it has pockets of air. I was worried we would fall right through. While we were there the elevator caught fire and we had to evacuate. While we were waiting to go back inside one of the other guests was very irate and kept screaming at the other guests. There is a dish washer in the room but they wouldn’t give us any soap to use it. The refrigerator in the room would get so cold the eggs would freeze and then it would thaw and there was a huge puddle on the ground.

It was immediately available, and close enough to my destination. The locations made it easy to access restaurants, gas, the highway and shopping.

The price was a little on the expensive side compared to the quality of the room. And the room had a stale smoke smell that was overwhelming.

We got there and were given a room with one bed and a pull-out couch. When I booked 2 beds with a pulled-out couch. Then had to wait another 10 minutes when check-in is at 3 pm I was checking in around 10 pm. Then The room we got had a refrigerator that linked in at the bottom water was eery where.

The room had a very nice setup. Like that it is a pet friendly hotel.

Only issue was that the property was non smoking. Going outside to smoke is ok, but when you have to deal with people lingering around asking if you have a way to get in makes you wish a smoking room option was available.
