The location for Yellowstone and everything in Cody.

When we first arrived, the manager/owner came walking from outside towards us and the first thing he noticed was our dog and says we don’t allow pets. I explained to him that he was my husbands, who is a disabled Veteran, ADA certified service dog and that I had emailed the facility twice before arrival to make them aware and received no response. He then asked what he was trained for in a rhetorical manner. And then proceeded to let me know that a cleaning fee would be charged if our dog made any damages. The room was very outdated as you can see in the pictures I posted of the stained furniture which was like that on our arrival. The WiFi would never connect(see picture attached) We were told we could get breakfast but the 1st morning we tried, the worker said he had broken the key in the door and couldn’t get in the office. The 2nd morning no one was around when we left at 6:30am. The room served its purpose for what we needed but is way overpriced for such an outdated establishment.

Good location, comfy bed, friendly staff

Breakfast could use some toast,bagels or such with butter and jelly. Maybe do it yourself waffles?

Pretty clean and quiet. Good location.

No working wifi. Very basic, but ok for night or two.

The bed was comfortable

The room didn’t feel clean and when I wiped it down with a sanitizing wipe it came back dirty.

Very poor breakfast.They returned back some guest due to not enough breakfast

Very dated. Limited hot water. Very small tight room. Limited housekeeping. Had to ask to get clean towels. Took out my own trash from a small single trash can.

Breakfast is very primitive. Room had some issues that needed repairs. Bathtub is less than desirable.

Pricey, no breakfast. In other places we stayed this trip we were given anywhere from a sack breakfast to a full small buffet with microwaveable food. We appreciated their effort during COVID-19.
