Hotel was under construction. A tad noisy and elevators were very messy with debris everywhere.

The facility was good but there is need for the hotels to rule over other services like pickups that don't deliver service.

Welcoming and nice place to stay.

I think I may have been charged a little more than I was suppose to.

I liked the fact that this hotel is further from the main road. There was a lot of construction going on in a high traffic area. The room was pretty clean but a smelled a bit like “funky” feet odor was hanging around but took care of that with some hand sanitizer and body spray (you’re welcome LOL!). Also smelled like someone puked outside but I guess that happens every now and then. Overall friendly staff, clean room (minus odor), and pretty peaceful (if other guests are not loud). Enjoyed my stay.

The hot tub could use a visit from a Mr. Clean magic eraaer.

The hotel was very close to Valleyfair and the lady behind the counter was very charming. The room was spacious and comfortable and the perfect respite from a long road trip.

It was in the middle of a business park so the surrounding area didn't have anything to do (with the exception of Valleyfair)

Room was very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast selection and staff, excellent!

Pool area way too small for size of hotel and ceiling too low, super echo and loud

Very comfortable pillows and bed. Air conditioner worked great and wasn't too loud. Bathroom was pretty clean, with good smelling shampoo and conditioner. Water pressure was also a plus.

Breakfast was not too great. Fruit was old, the sausage was undercooked and the coffee was terrible. The shower head had a lot of unsightly buildup on it and the hair dryer had some hair in it that smelled bad when it was turned on.I also requested a top floor room which we didn't get and of course had an elephant staying in the room above us.
