The location was perfect for us, close to restaurants, movies and entertainment venues.

This Days Inn & Suites website didn't let guests know that there would be NO housekeeping services, i.e. towels, cleaning of surfaces, beds made, etc... every day.We found out after check in of this issue. You could ask for housekeeping around 8 am the next day because I specifically asked for housekeeping the next morning but nothing happened. I again requested service for the next day and it was taken care of, for that day only. You needed to rehang your used towels for reuse or pile them up somewhere and go get new towels, coffee, etc. were your responsibility by going to the front desk and retrieving them. Just not a 3 star hotel.

The night clerk was very nice and helpful, even though I checked in about 1:30 a.m., and promised me I could get a late check out because I checked in so late so I could check out about one p.m. the next day come I mean that next morning, he said just call earlier morning about 9:00 a.m. talk to the front desk and they will gladly give you a later checkout. I did call the front desk about 9:00 a.m. and they said no problem you can check out at 1:00, however please read the next section, after that it turned into a nightmare! Also bring an electric blanket and you will probably sleep warm enough with your own space heater, you sure bring some bed bugs free to these fleabags, spray the mattress well and firmly bring your own bedroom which I always do to put on top of the bed, I've been bitten one too many times I was horrible bugs, they are worse than bee stings they last up to 2 weeks and are very painful and itchy! I didn't see any at this property but who knows next time somebody goes there I never will again Christmas work

First of all the air conditioner / heater unit was very loud, I'm a pretty good sleeper and I like some background noise but this thing just made a horrible humming noise that would not let me sleep if it was on so I just turned it off completely, and I got quite chilly during the night as it was early November. I did not want to change rooms because there are few available and far from my room and had a lot of things to move, fortunately I could take the colder temperatures but people from the South probably would have been very uncomfortably cold. Anyway as I was trying to sleep in to make up for my loss of sleep the night before I wanted to sleep until about quarter after noon and then take a shower and go, however about 10:45 housekeepers begin banging on my door saying when are you going to check out? And I said I was promised to late check out at 1:00, they said we don't do late checkouts. So I called the front desk and said I was promised to later check out and they said no you weren't, I said please let me talk to the general manager and the lady said I am the general manager, so obviously they never got the message or the whole thing was a lie. I said if I don't get my late check out I'm going to write you an unpleasant review, they acted like I didn't care a bit and said you got to check out at 11:00 a.m. which is in 5 minutes, I said okay, but you are not getting a good review from me. So always take a space heater which doubles as a fan, and get any promises in writing! Especially at these fleabags! It was a horrible experience, don't stay there, if you want heat or AC that doesn't keep you awake and you like to check out a bit later you can forget about it it will treat you like garbage!

The location was nice and king bed was comfortable.

Cell service was horrible on the first floor. Also did not like the cockroaches running around at night.

The odor in the room smelled like bug spray. I didn’t see any signs of bugs. The air seemed like there was some sort of allergen in air. There were crumbs or small particles of debris on floor , no carpet so didn’t make a big deal of that. The toilet seat had these marks appeared from wear and tear , the bathroom was very small, you have to be sitting or very close to toilet to close door. The shower water had difficult time maintaining constant warm water. Like I said it was to just sleep for one night.
