The location was great

The hotel halls had a poop smell and the bathroom was very old with mold growing in the shower. The toilet wasn't level or hadn't been fastened to the floor correctly and tipped back and forth no matter who was using it. The breakfast was just meh.

Location was good, many choices for breakfast

Would have liked a restaurant for lunch or dinner. Some hair in the shower that was not removed beforehand.

We liked having a kitchen area, separate area from bedroom with chair, ottoman and sofa. Breakfast was good & staff helpful.

No yogurt or other fruit a few pieces of bread and the premade egg sandwich was ice cold Nasty kitchen person said nine was too large had to be there by 630 or they run out of food Breakfast is supposed to be until ten

Nice location, clean room.

We were traveling on motorcycles and when I confirmed our reservation the person I spoke with told us all motorcycles could park under the awning incase of rain, but when we got there and it was pouring rain we were told we couldn’t.

Enjoyed breakfest each morning. Clean, hot and good.

Proximity to downtown Charlevoix was nice. Plenty of parking and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Staff were nice and attentive.

Shower head wouldn't stay up which made showers difficult. The room was very small which meant I felt like I was tripping over my things anytime I moved around. Sink didn't drain very well. Breakfast was warmed up pre-made sandwiches and they didn't even have any on the last morning of my stay, meaning I had to go elsewhere to find something to eat. Lighting in the room was harsh LED or fluorescent and generally unpleasant. My room was next to the stairs and all I heard in the mornings were others going up and down them. For the price I paid I expected a far nicer accommodation experience. Will only recommend if no other options exist in the area, otherwise look elsewhere.
