Fantastic location within easy walking distance of Beach, Park and Village.

Piso de arriba tiene 3 dormitorios, un dormitorio principal con una cama king-size, un dormitorio individual y el 3er dormitorio tiene una cama de invitados que le permite ser configurado como un doble cama / doble o se fue como una única función de sus necesidades. (Tenga en cuenta que cuando juntas para hacer una doble tendrá 2 edredones individuales.) Todas las camas tienen colchones SilentNight. El baño tiene un baño de ducha eléctrica sobre una está totalmente alicatado.

La propiedad está a sólo unos cientos de yardas de Rustington playa, ya 15 minutos a pie del centro de Rustington Village, donde hay un expreso Waitrose, Tesco, y un montón de cafés y restaurantes. Los chinos locales, pub y locales de la India son todos más cerca!
Littlehampton frente al mar con todos sus servicios está a unos 30 minutos a pie o en bicicleta paseo corto.
La ubicación del hotel es ideal si desea explorar los alrededores. Arundel, con su castillo y la catedral se merece una visita. Los Southdowns están a poca distancia en coche. Brighton y astilleros históricos en Portsmouth están a menos de una hora en coche. Londres está lo suficientemente cerca para el día de un viaje en tren.

Short break by the sea, clean and convenient accommodation. Great to accommodate our dog as well . Enclosed garden and dog friendly beaches. All amenities nearby so we didn’t need to use the care for the whole stay.

We had a wonderful two night stay in this home from home. Beautifully light fresh and clean with a very easy five minute walk to the beach. We would love to come again. A big thank you for a very special break and the thoughtful extras left in the fridge made us feel quite spoilt.

Seair is a lovely house. It was perfect for 5 of us. Jenny had thought carefully and everything you might need during your stay was there. The house is in a lovely quiet area and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to the shops and cafés. I would recommend the property and would stay there again.

We arrived at the house and had a slight hiccup with accessing the keys ( my fault) within 2 minutes of calling we were in the house. The rooms were very clean and tidy and perfect for our stay. The location was ideal for us as it is situated 5 minutes walk to a quiet beach, and a 5 minutes drive to the local shops.

A cozy little place very near the beach. Easy check in and check out. A well equipped kitchen and a pleasant quiet neighborhood. Having a dedicated parking spot is also very nice, considering that parking only gets more difficult the closer you are to the beach (did I mention that this place is very near the beach?).

We landed at Jenny’s place for a short few days break. Great near the sea and a comfortable house. A silent place and with many birds around. Our two kids loved it. Very good value and kind hospitality.

Site location is not ideal. There was no anti slip mat for bath shower unit also the curtain/blind for the out window was also missing.The washing machine door would not open.

Lovely spacious house and very cosy but could do with changing settee and chairs for more cosy ones. Lovely cake left for us on arrival. Thank you very much for a lovely week there.

Long Stay
We needed somewhere to base ourselves whilst our house purchase went through.
Seair was the perfect Home-from-home. Providing us with all that we needed for our stay, warm, comfy and fully supplied for home living.
Also wonderfully located close to the beach and shops. Loved the village community in Rustington that is only a couple of minutes drive away from the house.

West Sussex holiday
We as a family enjoyed our stay in Rustington there is so much to do in the surrounding area, lots of lovely restaurants The house was very clean and very well equipped, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for showers. It was a 2 min walk to the sea, easy 10 minutes walk into town. There was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived. Communication with Jenny the owner was excellent. My husband couldn’t come with us due to him having an operation which meant we couldn’t stay for all our booked days Jenny was so understanding.
Would definitely book the house again.

House very clean.
A handy base for a few nights stay with the dog. Nice dog walking beach at Rustington and West Beach at Littlehampton. Lovely park nearby. Obviously would have to travel to other places of interest if you were staying longer.

Birding break
a great location walking distance from Littlehampton and Climping which was what I was after! I usually prefer a character cottage so this area and accommodation falls short of that but it suited us fine, all mod cons, good space.

No Rust Here - Lovely holiday home in the lovely Rustington :-)
Excellent holiday let in great condition and very clean. Superbly furnished with everything needed to make it a very comfortable stay. Very generous food and drink welcome gifts. Borrowed two bikes, both in excellent repair and ideal for an easy ride to Littlehampton. Some lovely food options nearby - La Cucina / Gravyboat / Fish Factory / Micks Chips

A really comfortable spacious house, well stocked with everything you could think of including extra beech chairs and picnic stuff and then set in a really peaceful cul de sac just minutes away from the sea. Having somewhere so nice to stay really made the holiday. Thank you x

Great place by the sea
We had a very pleasant stay with my partner at Rustington. The place was easy to find, the property manager communicate with us every step of the way and the place was super nice and confortable. The small garden was perfect for a BBQ and the proximity to the sea was great. There's lots of things to do around the property and to help you decide, there's a binder in the house and dozens of flyers for the places to visit around or to eat at. Great place that I recommand!
