The location is #1. It is convenient to my relatives house and close to stores that I like to shop at.

The room didn't seem as clean to me. I saw a few hairs in the shower.

The room was dated and small. The sofa bed needs to be thrown away. Need New carpet

The staff are amazing, bistro, housekeeping, front desk..I can tell you that these people are the ones keeping this hotel in business. Absolutely 💯 percent amazing staff.

The first room I was put in was horrible, holes in the wall, pictures missing, TV did not work, broken bed..Then went to get ice and mold was all over my ice. It was horrible, the carpet is so dirty and stains all over the arm chair in the room. I complained about the first room and they moved me to another room, which was better. The carpets in that room were horrible as well, and at 1 am my TV went out so I called the front desk and was told that I had to call the cable company to fix the problem in my room, so I was on the phone for 30 minutes fixing the TV problem. I have never in my life had to pay over $400 for 2 nights in a hotel of this condition. I am so upset about how the Courtyard Marriott can allow for these types of conditions to happen.

The staff was very polite and when we expressed concern for our first room's AC they quickly moved us to another room. The rooms were a bit dusty but overall the hotel was very clean and fresh.

It was in a very rough part of town abd as we walked in there were two giant living cockroaches near the front entrance. We called ahead to make sure all facilities were available and were told yes but indoor pool was drained and unavailable. The WiFi and TV were useless.
