Everything- great place!

The room reserved was for 5 people, but they placed us in a room that slept 4 and did not have rollaway beds. We were forced to find a store to purchase an air mattress and blankets. The front desk indicated they would supply one extra set of towels for the 5th person but never sent them to the room. There amenities close early, with the gym and only on site restaurant closing at 8 pm. The pictures on the site are misleading in regard to the proximity to the beach and the location isn’t within walking distance of anything except the beach.

Bugs and moved to another room and still bugs. Had 4 kids move at 10:30 at night. Horrible experience and was told the move was an upgrade but wasn't.

Bill at the outdoor bar was our favorite! Great service, helpful and on top of everything. Good meals. Mini golf on site that’s free was awesome.

Wish you offered chairs/umbrellas for the beach. Maybe even coolers to use. Distance to the beach was farther than expected.

Well-located for the port and cruise-terminals, plenty of free parking and spacious apartments, so it's good if you're travelling with friends or a family. The breakfast was nice and good value despite having to pay for it on one of the days (see below)! It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment too.

The check-in process was in 2 steps. Part one to check your details then across the hall to the other desk where they give you the room key and try to sell you a time share! Be warned. The woman was very nice, but offering $100s in incentives to go on a 'tour of the resort' for 90 minutes - don't do it, it will be a hard sell. We booked 2 nights for 4 people knowing breakfast would be included. They actually give you vouchers with a value that equtes to 4 breakfasts in total... in other words if 4 of you are staying 2 nights you have to pay for your breakfast on the second day. Finally the room / apartment. It's spacious, especially the living area and master bedroom. Nice balcony. It's a bit dated despite being told it had a refresh during COVID, I think they refershed the soft furnishings. It was fine. The air condition unit is VERY noisy and was in a closet in the hallway so we had to set the termostat to turn it off. Luckily it was winter but I don't know how you'd cope in the summer as you'd need it on. Our experince when looking for somewhere to book was that most places are overpriced in this area (around the port and anywhere near the theme parsk) and having stayed here, I can confirm this is no exception. You don't get a lot for your money.

Location was great. Restaurants and happy hour were reasonably priced. Lovely walk to the beach but might be long for some. And the Space X launch was fantastic.

Our king bed studio was lovely but no natural light or view. It was like an inside room. The one window looked out to the common corridor where people walked by all the time so the blinds had to be kept shut. The freezer in the fridge was almost covered in with ice which made it unusable and prevented the fridge from cooling properly.

my rug was not vacuumed before I arrived. there was food crumbs in the bedroom on the rug. the dryer only worked once in a while. had to call front desk about everyday regarding this issue. it would work better once then I would have to call again

Location was great. It was beach front with a boardwalk to the beach.

Breakfast was not included. The boardwalk was locked in the early AM and we had to walk around to see the sunrise.

it was a great property but the booking messed everything up through your site

we were supposed to have a spa tub for the babies- only a shower. we were supposed to have a included breakfast which the booking said was included that’s why we booked but it was not. if this booking site doesn’t make up for all this we won’t be using again.

Location, room and pool

The time share upsell attempts were very off putting. The room air conditioning was poor. Staff were kinda gruff pillows were lumpy too

So any things to do right at the resort. Easy access to all amenities, Very clean, comfortable. Wonderful stay.
