Breakfast was great

I was very disappointed with the hotels consideration when I tried to call and speak to a manager about trying to cancel day of , and I know it’s not “normally” accepted but my 3 year old son was sick with a fever and a manager would not even come to the phone to have a conversation with me, just wanted me to leave a voicemail. I understand I booked a non refundable but when the front desk tells me they can usually Make an exception AND booking.com informs me the manager has to the power to waive the cancellation fee but the manager just tells the receptionist “no we won’t waive it” and won’t even come to the phone to talk to me I find that very poor customer service

Breakfast surpassed your normal hotel breakfast. Rooms and hallways were very clean. Housekeeping was even cleaning the doors when I was there. Excellent job!

Staff super friendly and helpful The location was great for us I like to shop and so I could just walk to the stores including Costco. It’s also close to eating establishments and theatres . Would stay again in the future ! Breakfast was excellent

Very good breakfast lots of options. Good service of staffs in the kitchen they are nice and helpful. All my family love it and enjoyed the breakfast. The hot food serving are excellent. We are satisfied.

For me all is good and exceeded our expectation. The hotel have an excellent customer service. The price is reasonable. All areas are clean. Staffs do good maintenance as we observed they are everywhere.

I enjoyed the options for breakfast I just wished there was some ham or bacon

Very nice property and staff is well trained. Thank you all the shuttles, it made my trip very enjoyable and you saved me money.
