Wasn’t to happy about the long waits for the elevator.

convenient to the beach and access to Johns pass was right across the street.

the condo, was not very clean, crumbs in the cabinet from the toaster, floors were dirty.

Everything was perfect! Am very thankful we found this place. Staff was amazing and so was location!

The location on the beach was great and so easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The pool was a nice option as well!

The pool and hot tub were lovely. The location was excellent.

Upon entry the condo had a damp smell which would not go away. All of our belongings have retained the smell since coming home. Our condo was directly next to the pool pump which ran continuously. I think that this should be included in the description of the condo.

room appeared and smelled clean. however, the floor was not clean.

room 205 has no view of the guld/beach unless you lean over the balcony. nothing extra in the apartment. no beach towels or chairs. there were no baggies, oil, salt or pepper. nothing extra. a broom but no dust pan.

View was spectacular. Short walk to beach. Good beds.

Floor very dirty. Small mop in unit. Needs more coffee mugs.

Location

Dolphins every morning. The sea birds flying so close you could almost touch them. The sand is awesome. Tons of restaurants to choose from. Affordable gift shops. No vagrants, anywhere! SAFE!

The penthouse 601 was really great. Elevator works well. All things in Condo were great. BUT, I have never slept on harder beds in my life. People love to go somewhere and sleep in a comfortable bed. Everyone was so friendly. Family friendly, great location. Pool is nice but too small for # of units. Hot tub is great but over chlorinated. Very clean, inside and out. Beach was great and well cared for. Unfortunately red tide was a part of our bad luck that week. Overall, it looked like the nicest condo on Maderia Beach.

Place was decent and enjoyable.. Except...Don't like how vacation smokers are required to sit in the corner of the garage next to trash. Some relax with a book, a drink or a cigarette but only cigarette has to be punished and not enjoy views available to sit enjoy and relax. Not to mention it is located right at the pathway of all traffic...so secluding smoke from others is not happening. The grilling tent would be a better suitable smoking area for vacationers who like to relax and smoke. And not be put in a bad ugly dirty corner near the trash containers.

It’s very close to John’s pass.

It’s was very out dated and dirty carpets. Supposed to be a gulf view room and I could only see road and houses next door.
