I loved the charm of the room, the size, the bed was very comfortable… and the bathroom was beautiful.

I didn’t like that it was situated near a train station and the train woke me up at 4:30am. I also didn’t like the lights in the hallway coming in the room. The stylized windows were beautiful but when I wanted to sleep it was annoying to have them on. I also didn’t like that the hot tub was not on!

The themed room was very interesting and had cool memorabilia. The spa/pool area was nice and relaxing. Check in was easy and owner was really friendly. Comfortable stay for the most part.

The room was extremely warm right after checking in. The cleanliness of the room could have been a little better. Fridge needed extra cleaning and the shower curtain was in need of replacing. The coffee pot was in need of an upgrade. No microwave in the room. The TV was extremely small and located so we couldn't watch TV in bed. Wife didn't care for the bed, and I didn't care for the pillows. We were warned about the train via the reviews prior to booking but it was still much louder than we expected. Felt the building shake a few times. I would recommend requesting what suite you want if it's available. For some reason we got switched into the Elvis suite last minute and we're not really big into Elvis. Would have preferred one of the other rooms just as personal preference.

The location is next to train tracks. Trains honk a lot through the night. Sensitive sleepers might be affected

Additional TV would be a plus!

Cute inn, the suite has a ton of space, and everything was clean. We used the hot tub in the back patio, but not the pool (although we would have liked to - just not enough time!). The owner lives on site and is quick to respond to messages. The inn is in a residential area and a close walk to cafes, restaurants, and pubs

We would have liked to have a safe in the room but not a huge deal overall.

Kelley the Inn keeper was so kind and welcoming. The room was a great size.

There were stains on the mattress protector as well as the covers. The room also needs a good dusting/deep clean.

It was so close to EVERYTHING! The property had everything you could possibly think of, from OFF (for mosquitoes) all the way to coffee for those brisk, yet muggy Nola mornings. It was very clean, quiet, and quaint. They decorated the inn for the upcoming holiday (Halloween) which always gives me a warm feeling. The wonderful couple’s dog Percy even made a friendly appearance! Also, there’s a bar about 2 houses down that was perfect for our late arrival! The wings and drinks were killer! And the owners of the bar were very hospitable. This will definitely be me and my fiancé’s new spot when we visit NOLA.
