Location and price was good.

It took them 30 minutes to check me in the guy working at the front desk didn’t know how to charge the security deposit and made 2 charges on my card but then refunded right away, other than that all good.

You get what you pay for. A bed and bathroom were the only necessities I needed. Decent for a one-night stay.

Make sure to check-in exactly at 3pm or after, because you will be charged a fee, even if it's 51 minutes early. Yes, I checked the time when I was informed of the early check-in fee. Understandable, since it's not a regular chain hotel/motel. Just information that would've been good to know before arriving, prior to stated check-in time.

Small but cozy and clean, Public parking right next door (extra). Walking distance to many venues and attractions.

Room was clean and very adequate, bed and bedding was comfortable. Bathroom and shower was clean and functional. Location was very good. Staff was friendly and looked after my luggage prior to and after checkout.

Great location, almost right on the Hollywood Boulevard. Probably a 15 mins walk to the Chinese Teather, Walk of Fame, Museums and other great attractions. Even though you might see a couple of homeless people on the street, they are pretty harmless and since there is A LOT of people and police around the area, it feels very safe, even at night. Also, front desk access door is room key (card) activated so it also feels safe. The hotel in general is also ok, room space is very small but should work fine for a single traveler or a couple. Breakfast is not included but there are a couple of good options a couple of blocks away (7-eleven, Domino's and Subway).

The service is not the worse but not best either. It was quite difficult to understand the person in the front desk when I checked in. Some other times when I arrived, the person (different one - I believe there were 3 taking turns) was either sleeping, eating or not even there. When I check-out, I asked if they could store my luggage until the evening (I had a late flight and all the hotels I've stayed in do this) but the person in the front desk told me in a quite rude way, that they don't do that, IF I wanted to leave my luggage, I could leave it under the stairs with no lock, no security, no cameras (they had but he told me they don't look at them - which was really odd).. IF I leave them, it was under my own risk, and they would not do a minimal effort to help me. Also, I don't recall getting room service. 1 afternoon a lady knocked on my door asking if I wanted towels but that was about it. I don't think they do a lot of effort to deep clean after the guest leaves, as there was a dirty sock in the closet from the previous person when I arrived.

Location was good, close to walk of fame & Hollywood Vine Metro Station also can get DASH Bus for Hollywood Sign and close in area & it is free of cost.

They should make door for restroom because it is in room also need to clean room on daily basis as well complementary Bottle of water and should activate Coffee maker which was there.
