Breakfast was very good. Staff was incredibly warm and friendly. We spent some time with one of the managers talking about Elk Mountain (where we were headed that day). I would absolutely stay here again.

We arrived a little after 10:00 PM. I wish the bar had still been open so we could get a drink and a snack before turning in, but it was mid-week so I can understand why it was closed.

The staff was extremely attentive and helpful with questions or getting our cheese board even though it was off hours for it. The hotel is beautiful and the Kol Steakhouse was lovely. We stayed midweek and it was very quiet there. It almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. Also, it was a great price!

My only concern was the glasses provided in our room were observedly dirty. Really, that was the only negative thing.

love the layout and decor of the hotel. staff are always friendly. had a good dinner from the restaurant and we were able to get room service. bed is comfortable.

the pillows are very hard and overfilled. the shower curtain in our room was dirty (the outer part of it had lots of stains). i don’t like how there isn’t a true divet cover - just sheets over the duvet - because it doesnt feel as clean and revealed a stained duvet underneath. lastly, the conditioner does not work well.

We went to a wedding in the ballroom, hotel has off-street parking with an entrance to the courtyard. Staff that welcomed me were excellent, room was large and well laid out.

I enjoyed my stay. I stayed in room 218 and it was like a mini apartment. The view was also very cute!

The hotel was in immaculate condition. Everything was very clean.

The restaurant wasn't anything to write home about. The server wasn't well trained and the entrées weren't memorable. The room was VERY hot. If dinner wasn't impressive, breakfast (which was included with stay) was even less so. Hopefully, this is something that can be addressed, as the property was really nice in all other aspects.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The nice, young woman that checked us in was such a joy to talk to. Kol restaurant was excellent. Zach was a great server and Megan the bartender was superb. She took the time to come to our table to talk to us about a wine. Excellent customer service! And the food was also excellent.

The water temperature in the bathroom was difficult to regulate. It kept getting lukewarm to cold every couple of second.

The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. There were some issues with the room so they upgraded me.

We spend just one night in this hotel during our road trip in USA, but it was really nice stay. Price for our room was very good, also the size of room was perfect. Beds were comfortable. There is also nice restaurant in the building. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. For this type of accommodation you can pay double prices in different areas, but this one is very cheap and with high quality services.

Breakfast was partly very good especially the sandwiches w/ bacon and egg or sausage, egg and cheese, but there could have been a bit more variety of bagel options (maybe ham/turkey?)

I was diagnosed with blood clots in my lung a few days before our stay. My husband called and canceled the reservation on Sept 1. We had booked only a few days before that in hopes to visit my in laws. The doctor said I could not travel until my levels were balanced in case I needed hospitalized. The hotel canceled the reservation when my husband called. But I was still charged $146, the entire one night stay we cancelled. He called again and was assured the day before that the reservation was cancelled. But when I checked my cc was still charged. So I called and spoke with Marie or Maria. She told me whomever spoke to my husband should have told him we would be charged the one night stay. No one did. And he called 2x. So regardless of my situation I was charged for a stay I medically was not allowed to have. No credit given. Marie just said that was the policy and was not helpful or sympathetic. Nor did she seem to care that I would have sent another family member if we knew we were being charged regardless. We have family 5 mins from this hotel and would have used the hotel in the future when we visit. I sent an email asking the manager to respond to me. No response. I was waiting to speak to a manager before posting this review, as I never give bad reviews. My husband tried to call again yesterday and the phone just rang. No answer. I am highly disappointed with this company and while we understand policy, we were not told of the policy and there should be medical exemptions. Very disappointed. If we do not hear back in the next day I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. As an update to seeing this I was given no callback or email response but they did credit me half of the night back. Credit to use the hotel in the future or full refund given the circumstances or even reaching out would have been preferable and a showing of good faith on their part.
