Great hotel. Love the convenient location & open lobby area for gathering.

I was notified that I could check in early. I receive my key, went into the room & there was still dirty towels in the bathroom. I immediately returned to the check-in counter, where the issue was immediately rectified (received another room & a "gift card" for my trouble. Handled effectively.

Room was nice

My original reservation (that had already been paid for through booking.com) was cancelled by the property. I booked an ADA accessible room because my mother is a wheelchair user. When I got to the hotel the only rooms available were not accessible and it was difficult for my mom to use the room we were able to get. Beware of how you book this hotel if you don't want to pay for two rooms when you only use one. Also if that happens good luck getting a refund.

Great location and very clean and updated.

The shower was EXTREMELY SLIPPERY! The combination of soft water and cleaning products used made it an ice rink! As an older gentleman who has traveled a lot, I felt his was dangerous. I did use the provided small shower mat and also put the extra towel down, it helped. Be cautious!
